主要科研领域与方向: 从事蛋白质化学与糖蛋白质组学在癌症早期诊断及治疗中的应用研究。提出了多种基于化学标记/衍生化方法的低丰度糖蛋白富集、在线深度分离、高通量质谱鉴定等研究方法,解决了低丰度糖蛋白药物靶标、生物标志物鉴定时质谱检测灵敏度低等问题。先后主持国家重点研发计划课题、国家自然科学基金等项目,累计到位经费1000余万元。在 Molecular cell、Analytical Chemistry、Chemical Communications 等高水平杂志发表第一/通讯作者研究性论文20余篇,影响因子累计大于100,单篇最高影响因子19.7。授权国家发明专利5项。 |
