主要科研领域与方向:

主要从事蛋白质翻译后修饰与肿瘤发生发展机制及治疗抵抗研究。利用新一代生命组学技术揭示了系列泛素化修饰酶调控肿瘤发生发展以及治疗抵抗机制,阐明去泛素化酶调节铁离子以及物质能量代谢稳态的调控机制。以第一或通讯作者(含共同)在Nature Cell Biology、Nature Communications、Cell Reports(2022, 2024)、Cell Death & DifferentiationCell Death & Disease(2022,2023)等学术刊物发表研究论文。主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点实验室自主课题等项目,获得北京市科学技术奖一等奖(2017年)。
