主要科研领域与方向: 从事蛋白质翻译后修与细胞应激响应机制的研究。重点研究细胞与不同环境因素的相互作用,阐明生命体感知和响应特殊环境因素的分子机理,揭示特殊环境和疾病状态下细胞应激损伤的机制,发展特异性的防护和治疗措施。作为课题负责人或骨干先后承担了国家重点研发计划、国家“863”计划课题、国家重大新药创制课题,国家自然科学基金重点和面上项目等十余项课题。研究成果获得北京市科学技术一等奖1项,以第一或通讯作者Nature Communications、Gut、Hepatology、Advanced Science、Cell Reports、Journal of Hepatology等专业杂志发表研究论文30余篇,获中国发明专利授权5项,国际发明专利授权3项。 |
