BATMAN-TCM 1.0 is a bioinformatics analysis platform that predicts potential targets of TCM compounds and analyzes their associated pathways and diseases. The platform provides unique analysis functions, including online target prediction, integration analyses of each ingredient's potential targets, and comparison analyses of multiple TCMs. It also supports the input of customized ingredient lists and enables the analysis of a formula or herb not in the database.
