ProteoPeptides:利用机器学习/深度学习预测肽段鉴定效率及酶切概率的分析平台

【平台简介】

Here, we present a web server named ProteoPeptides for proteotypic peptide prediction for eight commonly-used proteases, including trypsin, ArgC, chymotrypsin, GluC, LysC, AspN, LysN, and LysargiNase. Based on our previous work (Analytical Chemistry, 93:6094-6103, 2021), we implemented four deep learning (DL) models, including not only the digestibility and detectability models (referred to as DL_Dig and DL_Det), but also two models for peptide retention time (DL_RT) and charge state (DL_Chg), which are two essential features for in silico library construction in DIA data analysis. ProteoPeptides only needs protein sequences as input. The results are graphically visualized and are downloadable.
